This isn't a bug, per se; if you're on a busy network segment you'll
probably see this on each reboot. It indicates that between the time that
the network card was reset and the time that NetBSD initialised it some
stuff got stuck into the ethernet card's buffer.

It's common on all platforms - I've seen it on Amiga, i386, too.
