I think they need full 68040s.  I replaced the LC040 in mine.  8MB of
RAM might be tight, 16MB would probably be OK.  80MB disk would be
enough for small root and swap -- you could mount /usr off a network.

these all have ethernet cards, I hope?  (NetBSD doesn't do localtalk.)
