I'm really out to lunch today is what, but I don't think I'm totally
out to lunch.

Wasn't there something about periodic drive activity with regard to
swap as a result of UBC? Or was that some other recent UVM
modification? (Thinking about this logically, of course, it doesn't
make sense to me now, being as UBC should only care about anything
if there are actual files being accessed.)
