Note: that version is not available only for the sun architecture, it is
available only for Solaris. :-) Sun hardware running NetBSD wouldn't
use/need that package.

The NetBSD package system is usable on Solaris in addition to NetBSD. :-)

As others have mentioned, it's in the base system. So just add -lwrap to
your lib line. ;-)
