Frank van der Linden just posted a note to current-users that he's fixed
this problem.  There is apparently still a problem if you're using NFS
and nullfs together, but the "concurrent writes" panic has been fixed.
So, you'll need to update sources and compile your own kernel or wait
for Steve to get another snapshot out.
