My install seemed to be going good, until I tried to run headless.

I have no idea if there is an "official method" so I simply set the
booter to boot when it was opened and stuck it in the startup items on
the Mac side.
Then I restarted the Mac, it opened up the Mac side started the
booter. Everything seemed to work ok.
Then I shutdown, disconnected the keyboard and monitor, and
rebooted. I heard the Mac startup sound, and the odd sound my 660av
makes when the booter takes over.
I tried to ping it: nothing. After a while it is clear it is not
going to work. So I just turn it off and reconnect the keyboard and
monitor. Now it goes into the debugger.
So two questions I am stuck on:

1. What can I do from the debugger -- if anything.
2. How am I supposed to configure this to run headless.
