of the Quadra 840AV.

If my interpretation is right, disk performance isn=B4t bad. So, is =
it really
a driver problem ?
I ran the tests without any other load on the machine.
The netatalk test I mentioned in my first mail I ran too without much =
load and
other network traffic. The afpd daemon took over 70% of the CPU.

I will check the network now with tcpdump, but before I have to go
through the manpages.

From MacOS side I made a test with HELIOS LanTest 2.5.2. Here are the =
