I have had no problem with 1.5, Mac IIvx, 68Meg RAM 128 Meg swap 
space Apple Extended kbd and the old "wedge-shaped" mouse.
HOWEVER! I use the serial line to communicate with NetBSD, not the 
console of the vx, so although the mouse is attached to the vx, I 
don't actually use it in NetSDB.
(I do it this way to get a log of everything that happens, even if it crashes.)
