Hello,

i have exactly the same problem (same hardware: 2VX with a quantum
hard drive) with the same error messages (parity errors with
the sbc kernel and unexpected phase change error with the generic
kernel) except that i am running netbSD 1.4.2

I have tried the 1.4.5 ALPHA2 release (only the generci kernel:
netbsd.GENERIC-60.tar.gz),
the problem is still here.....

can you help me ? which kernel i can try ?

thanks in advance
