Can someone point me to an example of a working .xmodmaprc file defining the
arrow keys and delete key on an Apple extended keyboard, and maybe the
accompanying .xinitrc?

I am still having trouble "understanding" the man pages for xmodmap and
cannot get these keys to work on my Quadra 800 NetBsd machine.
