Keep in mind, the packages web page on ftp.netbsd.org is generated daily,
and so lists the dependencies of the current pkgsrc. The dependencies
embedded in the package are probably different. The 1.4.2 (and later)
binary packages can also contain dewey depends, (>=) and wildcards (-*),
so there's a good chance that "pkg_add
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/.../kde-..." (with the blanks filled in)
will "just work".
