Posting to the list is not the same as doing a send-pr within NetBSD. 
The developers use the pr database.  If your NetBSD machine does not 
have mail connectivity then there is a web page on netbsd.org 
somewhere that will let you put the info in also.


Signature failed Preliminary Design Review.
Feasibility of a new signature is currently being evaluated.
