Go to the NetBSD/mac68k web site and read the FAQ. The question
about this is answered there; it has to do with the Installer having
trouble addressing partitions larger than 1 GB. I had the same
problem. By putting the partition at the start of the drive rather
than the end, the Installer had no trouble and installed everything
just fine.
