Yeah, but the problem with vt100 is it keeps wanting to think the screen
has exactly 24 rows, which leads to stupid things like the command prompt
being dropped in the middle of the screen when you login and after you run
full-screen programs.

I don't know what the correct solution is, but I'd love it if somebody
took it on themselves to figure out what exactly is going on and fix it.

The default console terminal after installation really should Just Work,
or it looks silly.
