Strange,  my 660AV works fine.  I think they share the same hardware, only it runs
faster on the 840AV.  I am even using a Nubus ethernet card and configuring both
interfaces via my Q700 running dhcpd.   What kernel are you using?  The generic was
bombing on my 660.  I built a custom version based on SPOT that is working fine.
