Theoretically it might be _possible_ with enough hacking but not realistically so.
You can't boot directly into NetBSD on a 68k Mac. The Mac OS has to boot first then the Booter application boots NetBSD. Once NetBSD is installed you can setup the Booter to run and boot the system automatically but you will need a mouse and keyboard to do the install and setup the Booter.
