When I first set up NAT, I followed the instructions in the ipnat man
pages.  There's just one little secret:  When you fire up ipnat, you must
also use ipf, even if you do no packet filtering.

In the NetBSD FAQ, there is a dead link to a page on how to do this...but
that's no good ! :)
