True it is a 66 MHz processor, but all data input/output is at 33 MHz
effectively making it a 33MHz 040.  It's just marketing hype, like the 1
GHz Athalon. Installing it into the 650 shouldn't be a problem.  I popped a
33 Mhz rated 68040 into a Quadra 605 and it ran fine.  Much more stable
than the LC040.
