Well, as I asked last time, what happens when you run nbplkup?
That will list everything that your NetBSD machine can see on the
AppleTalk network (leaving for the moment the issue of them not being
able to see the NetBSD box).
If you don't see anything there, or only see yourself, then we still
have issues, either with atalkd.conf, or your netatalk binaries, or
your kernel, or your hardware (unlikely if you're successfully running
an ftpd server)...unfortunately this remote-troubleshooting requires
this question-and-answer period, unless someone out there has a quick
fix and know exactly what's wrong with your configuration.
Did you build netatalk from pkgsrc, or did you manually download and
compile netatalk? I used pkgsrc's version and it worked for me with a
GENERIC kernel.
