Hello!
I installed the SLOTMAN kernal along with the color X server. Permissions
have been properly set on the X server.

When I start X, I get no color. The log file reports:
This is not a fatal error.
Couldn't set video mode to desired depth.
I gathere there is no video ROM driver present for this display.
screen 0 at 0x4259020, 640 by 480, robB 128, fbase 0xfe000000000

During initial BSD boot, the boot stuff reports that the Toby Frame Buffer
card is set to 640x480 monochrome.

I have tried booting from the MacOS with the video set to 1 and 8 bit
modes, if that makes any difference.

What might I be doing wrong?

Mac IIci, NetBSD 1.4

TIA
Chris Tucker
