Well, you could always run ppp over a 57k6 serial connection, but, yes,
Ethernet is the way to go.

I recall it was hard to find an Asant=E9 SE/30-SI style PDS card here in
Germany some four years ago, and expensive, too (I paid ~150 DEM, then).
Macintoshes, especially the older models, were never too common here. It is
still 2% market share for Apple here...

Still, in the US things should be easier, with a little patience...
