Correction it does not freeze. It just take about five minutes until
next error message. These are (in changing order)

sbc0: reset SCSI bus for TID=5 LUN=0
sbc0: aborting, but phase=DATA_OUT (reset)
sbc0: data phase error

Then the computer detects the serial interfaces and the FPU. The
keyboard dos not work when I have to enter the root-device. What can I
do now ???
