hey guys, i've recently picked up an SE/30 with the intention of
running it as a router for a small, future network..

anyway, i whacked NetBSD 1.4.1 on it last week, and so far have
pretty much figured out what i've needed from the usual sources, my
linux-hippy friends, how-to's and #netbsd.

what im wondering is, is it usual for this SE/30 to compile
epic4-ircii in over 1.5 hours?

i'm compiling myself a nicer kernel atm, and it's 32 hours and counting =)

another BSD+SE30 user has told me he gets much faster compiles, and i
wanted to compare notes ;)

thanks for any response from other 030 owners =)

- charlie.
