I've seen a few posts in the mailing list about Radius Rockets. And was
wondering if anyone had spent any time trying to hack them into the NetBSD
kernel.

Knowing it probably wouldn't boot a kernel anyway, I tried launching NetBSD
Booter in System 7.1 thru Rocketshare. And much to my surprise it said I
did not have an MMU!

I checked it out and there is a full 68040 at 40mhz on the card. I've even
pulled these '040's off of other rocket stage II's and placed them on
computer motherboards and they work fine. Both Tattletech and Speedometer
in Mac OS 7.1 report that there is either no MMU or it is not recognized.

Maybe Radius uses it's own Memory Management scheme in ROM or software?
