I have the NIC from a Preforma 475 that I just pulled, same form factor 
as the LC and it fits as well (just tried.)  It has a SSI PDS A1 chip on 
it (Board says LC ASIC BD-030 Rev E) and the ROM says SSI NB128 v1.0.

I can't guarintee it will work, but you can have it for the cost of 
shipping if you want.
