Since I upgraded to 1.4 my time is not set correctly. I get
PDT time zone when I boot.  I followed throw the faq and set
the time in the map control panel and then set the time control 
panel in MacOS and such and linked /etc/localtime to the 
proper timezone file, but still no luck.

   Any ideas why this is not working or how to fix it?
