I just upgraded my MacBSD system from 1.3.2 to 1.4 tonight.
I got most of my /etc directory back up to where it should be,
and got my networking going again.

But now, when I try to startx, The server starts, the screen goes
black, then it dumps me back out.

I'm running on a Centris 610 (full 040) and internal video. Color X
worked fine under 1.3.2. I did make sure to update the link from
/usr/X11R6/bin/X to point to the osfa server.
I'll make the core dump available to anybody who wants to look at it.

Here is the error message I get (it's not very descriptive)

max: {1} cat xerr.out

/usr/libexec/ld.so: symbol __sys_errlist at 0x4232cf8 in
/usr/lib/libc.so.12.40 changed size: expected 332, actual 320
/dev/grf0: Couldn't get video mode information via ROM driver.
This is not a fatal error.
I gather there is no ROM driver support for this screen...
I will treat this screen as StaticGray or TrueColor.
Screen 0 at 0x424c080, 832 by 624, 16 bpp, rowB 1664, fbbase 0x6e4000.
X connection to :0.0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).

Thanks,
