NetBSD-current kernels contain the equivalent of the MADHATTER patch if
you wish to run -current.  It should work for you.  If you try a -current
kernel and it doesn't work, please let us know.

BTW, you can get a -current snapshot at:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/mac68k/snapshot/

or one of it's mirrors, I believe.
