Oh, that's right!!!
I remember seeing that like 2years ago on one of my ISP's newsgroups from
someone who was having trouble. There was something about where some
systems didn't support it, but it wouldn't hurt to have it turned off. It
was something that was s'posed to speed TCP but is only meant for
super-high-speed access means & because of our "regular" latency times,
proves innefective for dialup access anyway.....if I'm remembering
correctly....
