In the "For what it's worth" department:

I just installed NetBSD 1.3.2 on a recently acquired Q700.  Booted fine,
but TCP/IP failed with
'sn0: Tx - lost interrupt' messages.  The only thing different about
this Quadra was the presence of a RasterOps 8/24 XLi card in one of the
Nubus slots.  So, I pulled the card and now TCP/IP works fine.  Hope
this helps.
