Yes.  According to the MacOS utility GURU (by NewerTech), the P475 comes
with 512 KB of VRAM in the forms of two 256K SIMMS.  You can remove those
simms and install two 512 KB VRAM simms, for a total of 1 MB.  However, GURU
mentions that NewerTech no longer makes the parts, so you might need to look
for them,
