It has 4MB of RAM soldered on the motherboard, and you can add an
ordinary 32-bit, 72-pin 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32MB SIMM (it has only one
slot). I recommend adding at least an 8M SIMM or preferably a 16M
SIMM.

LCIII video is capable of driving up to 832x624 at 8 bit per pixel
(256 colors/grays).

80MB of disk space may feel a bit cramped, so you might want to add an
external drive. If you are not compiling anything large by yourself,
500MB would be enough to house the full NetBSD system plus some extra
stuff.

There's INSTALL file in the same directory as the distribution sets
reside. It should tell you how to install it, and should you have any
questions, most of them may probably be already answered in the
NetBSD/mac68k FAQ at:

http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/mac68k/faq/faq.html

Probably 1.3.1, the latest official release.

Hope this helps,
