Nothing, really.  NetBSD just grabs some info from the MacOS and then
replaces everything.

You won't gain anything from installing a different system.  In fact, I
seem to recall that a minimal system install is bad news to some of
NetBSD's mac-side utilities (don't recall the details right now).
