I recall using an SE/30 years ago with 48MB RAM, so I'd say yes.

While Apple's published spec still says 32 MB max, all the Major Mac 
reference books say 128 MB is the max for SE/30.

Sadly, I can't speak from current experience - my SE/30 has only 8 MB :(
