If you're using the m4 configuration stuff, try adding
MASQUERADE_AS(umbsky.cc.umb.edu)dnl

to your config file. If you're not using the m4 stuff, I think you can
get the same effect by looking for a line that starts with "DM" in your
/etc/sendmail.cf and changing it to

DMumbsky.cc.umb.edu
