I wrote a NetBSD/mac68k IPNAT HOWTO Document, and it is posted at:

I hope it works with the 1.3 or 1.3.1 release as it was written at the
time when 1.3BETA most recent.  although the newer systems shouldn't be
much different, please alert me of any errors or changes you notice in the
setup.
