1)How to make a DESKJET 870 work on my LCIII (P450)
2)Xwindows with 4bits color/gray on a 640x870 monitor?
3)Compression software for Unix?
4)Diskette drive?

Finally I have ben able to boot my old performa 450 without FPU
into a slow but working Unix. I boot from a Zip-disk and Xwindows work
 (but only B/W)!
But there are some problems:

1) HP DESKJET 870
An HP Deskjet 870Cxi with both Mac and PC ports will not
work together with the NetBSD 1.3. I have installed some
old stuff using ghostscript 2.6.2 that Bill Studenmund wrote.
DOES NOT WORK. The printer start to blink but nothing comes out.
I tried different ports/ speed/ etc.... Can somebody help me out?
(i have only tried the mac port on 57600 down to 9600 baud)

2) Has anybody a X-binary that works with 4-bit grays (16colors)
on a 640x870. I tried with some SLOTMAN kernels but as I understood
it is only compiled for 24bit (256colors/grays). It boots on my
machine but only in B/W. Does it exists out there something for 4bit gray?

3) I have used up my bootdisk of 96MB (ZIP) and another 70MB on the
harddisk of the Mac. Unix really uses diskspace.... Does it exist
some Internal Compressor for Unix as the one i use for MacOs????

4) Does it exist some support for the diskett drive yet?
