Well, I rand the install doc as you suggested, but it does not mention
how to upgrade from 1.3. Yes, it does mention upgrading from 1.2, but
not from 1.3.

So, currently I am using 1.3, and I would like to know how to upgrade to
1.3.1. Perhaps I looked at the wrong INTSALL doc. I looked at the one
in ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBsd-1.3.1/mac68k/INSTALL

Once again, it does not mention how to upgrade from 1.3.
