Unfortunately, localtalk support would require in-kernel support, and to
my knowledge, no work has been done on such support (feel free to work on
it, though).  However, depending on the printer, you might be able to
treat its port as if it were a serial port, and the dump text or raw
postscript to it.  Alternately, if you have ethernet hardware on that
machine, you can use an EtherPrint-like device to connect the printer to
the ethernet hardware and print on either side.
