I found something called macutils on info-mac archive. they have
hexbin and a couple of utilities to work with macbinaryII format.
There was unstuffit utility but it can only list the newer archives,
not unstuff them. there is a small bug in hexbin (in CRC
computations, I patched it), otherwise I used it without problems.
