Please pardon the more MacOS-related question here, but considering that
APS PowerTools seems to be widely used in setting up disks for NetBSD, I
felt it was appropriate.

I have a 1021MB Digital hard drive. It has three partitions, two MacOS
and one NetBSD. I used APS PowerTools to prepare the partitions.

I have noticed that Virtual Memory on the Mac side does not appear to work
anymore. I have 7.5.5 on one parition and 7.6.1 on the other, and VM
works on neither. The Memory Control panel indicates that Virtual Memory
is On, but also that "xxMB available on restart" (without having made any
adjustments to the settings).

Unfortunately I no longer have the OEM 160MB Apple (IBM manufacture)
drive, with which I know VM had worked.

The machine is a P550 with 12MB physical RAM.

Has anyone else noticed this or a similar problem? Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Jeffrey Ohlmann
