It looks one of two possibilities:

1) you forgot to install netbsd121  (if so, install it and go ;-)

2) you forgot to set the root SCSI device in the Booter's booting options
dialog.  Just set it to whatever SCSI ID your partition is on, and it
should be able to find it.
