I'm trying to get X up and running, now that I have everything else up. 
So far, no luck.  I have installed the 1.2 version of the X software
(xbase, xcomp, xserver), and I have also tried some other X servers
(xserver.961105 and Xmacbsd.960127 specifically).  I have also tried the
old setup (X.11Mar95.tgz).  When I type startx, it thinks for a bit, and
then my screen turns all white, and the computer apparently hangs.  This
is a IIsi with 17Mb RAM.  The FAQ lists I've been able to find don't
seem to address this problem.  What have I done wrong?
