I've placed a new booter on puma.macbsd.com for testing.  It's version
1.10.0.  I've removed the "untested machine" check and added the ability
to boot gzipped kernels.  I've only tested a little bit.  If you have
problems, please let me know.  "It works for me."

This should have the GMT support from 1.9.7, too.

Nigel, I don't plan on touching this code anymore unless someone finds a
nasty bug in it.  If you have any questions, though, please feel free to
ask away.  :-)
