We are on summer time indeed (impossible to get the kids to go to bed in
time :-). However, I would understand and accept if the time after an
install would be roughly an hour off. What disturbs me (and it does so after
I had at last figured out how to get the time correctly set in NetBSD) is
that the differences are irregular and sometimes large (several hours).
