Greetings,

I've put up a document on LC040 and BSD on puma as
http://www.macbsd.com/macbsd/LC040-and-BSD.html, which also can be
accessed from http://www.macbsd.com/macbsd/ and will be via Colin
Wood's Meta-FAQ at http://www.macbsd.com/macbsd/macbsd-docs/meta-faq/.

It tries to explain why you can't run NetBSD on LC040, who is(are)
working on the problem, when it will be fixed if known, when you can't
fix the problem with software fix alone, and how you can fix the
problem, then, etc. It has a list of suppliers (though not many)
of MC68040 chips.

If you have any question/suggestion/addition regarding this document,
please contact me.

Thanks,

Ken Nakata
