I am incredibly unable, even with the crosscompiler howto, to get bmake to
compile.  It uses elements (_ptr, _flag) of FILE which do not exist on
Linux.  If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated...

Has anyone produced a Linux/i386 binary set of cross compile tools?  If
not I will make these available as soon as I get it to work.
