Actually, all of my recent GENERIC and GENERICSBC kernels are on
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/mac68k/kernels/.

Yes, this was a goof in the INSTALL document.  I've requested that the LC
III support be pulled into the upcoming patch release.
