The thing is it won't run, and the booter is trying to protect you from
what might happen if it tried.

Unfortunately the Memory Management Unit (of which the PMMU is one) is
needed for NetBSD (well, any unix) to run. You _might_ be able to do
something if you had an accelerator, but at this point, I'd recommend
not putting $$ into it, and maybe getting a used II(ci, si, vx, etc.) at
a guarage sale or something.
