I'll try not to laugh too hard...

The minimum hardware requirements of netbsd include a 68020/pmmu or a
68030.  The Plus has a 68000.  Even if you had a 68030 accelerator card, 
the bare minimum memory requirements are probably 4M.  At least 8M is 
_highly_ recommended.  There's probably some dependence on the Mac-II 
class ROMs as well, but I'm not sure about that.

In short, not a chance.
